Build a solid foundation in your painting through the use of shape and form. Learn to capture the essence of the surface by addressing the view, lighting, background and composition.

Students learn to :

  • Improve observation skills
  • Develop color and value relationships
  • Build harmony through design and composition

Capture the essence of the scene by making the overall composition simpler, stronger and with a greater balance.
