2021 Arts & Crafts Show

We are so excited to bring back the HYS Fine Arts & Craft Show!

This 3 day event attracts many early Holiday shoppers looking for unique handmade gifts! The show will be held in the beautiful Lincoln and Washington buildings, and will be bigger than ever, expanding one more floor in the Washington building!

This is a juried show, we are looking for vendors with original works in Ceramics, Glass, Wood, Paper, Fiber Arts, Jewelry, Photography, and more displayed in a gallery setting.

APPLY TO JURY

Fill out the last page of the Vendor Application Form, and return to Historic Yellow Springs by mail at 1685 Art School Road • Chester Springs, PA 19425 or email to jpresley@yellowsprings.org. Applications must be received by September 17th. Do not send booth fee at this time.

The jury process will all be done online. An email will be sent out to all applicants on September 21 with instructions and a link to upload your images. All images must be received by October 4, and accepted vendors will be notified on October 8. By submitting an application, the artist/vendor gives HYS permission to use all images submitted in print and online publications to promote the show.

VENDOR APPLICATION

 

VENDOR BOOTH COST AND INFORMATION

If accepted, the vendor booth cost is $150 per booth space, and payment is due October 15th. Payment instructions will be sent in your acceptance email. This fee includes one reserved approximately 8′ x 10’ space and inclusion on promotional materials. It is not guaranteed that the space will be 8’ x 10’, but will have an equal amount of square footage. Vendor spaces will be assigned, outlets will be available as requested, and WIFI is available in both buildings.

HYS does not assume responsibility for any work. Artist must provide their own insurance for work. Exhibitor releases HYS organizers and sponsors from any damage, injury or loss to any goods or person which may arise from the event.

 

GALLERY DISPLAY AND SALES

Please arrive during the show on Saturday and Sunday at least 15 minutes before show opens, and be ready for shoppers at 10 am. Artists/vendors MUST man their own booths, at all times during the show and handle all transactions.  You must provide your own tables or display furniture, extra lighting, cash box and change for cash sales.
