2020 Yellow Springs Art Show: Online

April 25 - July 24

HYS has had to postpone the on-site Art Show that many of you have come to love year over year, but to keep your Art Appreciation Alive; we will be ushering in the show this year with an online kickoff; Friday night, April 24th at 5PM.

Beginning April 24th at 5pm there will be two ways to access artists’ artwork from the online gallery. 

Online Exhibit Catalog This is the alphabetical listing of all artists participating in the online show and includes the artist’s name, artwork title, media, dimensions, official price and a small photo of the artwork. If you find something in this alphabetical list that you would like to purchase, please enter the online gallery using the link below and follow the instructions.

ONLINE GALLERY > The online gallery includes all artist and artwork information, images of the art as well as a link to purchase the artwork. View the artwork in full screen mode, search by name of the artist or artwork, and purchase your favorites!

Pick Up of Art We want you to be able to enjoy your art as soon as safety allows, and we will work with each of you to coordinate a day and time for you to pick up your purchase at HYS. Pick up will begin after the stay at home mandate is lifted. If you live in the region but are unable to travel to pick up your purchase, please contact HYS to discuss other delivery options. If you need a piece shipped to you, we will work with the Artist to see if that is possible. The cost of shipping will be extra.  All online purchases must be picked up at the latest at HYS during the week prior to the start of the 47th Annual Yellow Springs Art Show (dates TBA). Normal pick-up times are Monday through Friday between 9AM and 4:00PM. You can reach the office by email or phone at:  jpresley@yellowsprings.org ; 610-827-7414 extension 10.

To View Art:

Click on the “i” icon to bring up information about the art and artist. Click on it again, to view the art and make the information go away.

Enter Gallery by clicking on link (April 24th)

Click on thumbnail image to view art at larger size

Click on the “i” icon at the bottom of the picture to view all information for that piece of art. This is also where you would start the purchase process.

To Purchase Art:

Click on the “PURCHASE” link to buy the artwork you are currently viewing.

Click on Purchase link at the bottom of the information page and it will step you through the checkout process.

Please check back often, because when pieces sell, we will be posting new pieces as they become available.

We look forward to seeing you all in person at the traditional in-person show at Historic Yellow Springs in the Fall, but in the meantime, please enjoy the wonderful works of these artists until we meet again!

Terms and Conditions  

Purchase terms:  Buyers will be required to pay Pennsylvania Sales Tax of 6% at the time of payment.  35% of your purchase may be eligible for tax deduction, as those dollars support Historic Yellow Springs, a 501c3 non-profit organization, with an EIN #231920704.
Payment: Payments for this online gallery sale can only be made via our online credit card system. If you do not have a credit card, please contact the office to see how you can write a check for your purchase. Checks need to be made out to Historic Yellow Springs.

Returns: If when you pick up your art purchased online, it is not what you had expected and you would like to return the art, those returns must be completed at time of pick up and no later than the start of the in person show, so those pieces can be placed into the live show.
