2026 Yellow Springs Art Show 3D Artwork Requirements

Artwork – Up to 20 Pieces
- Six pieces will be displayed at the opening of the show, with additional works rotated in as pieces sell or space becomes available.
- Artists select one piece to be featured in the show catalog and displayed in the first-floor main galleries.
- Catalog artwork must be one piece, no sets.
- Catalog piece information and image must be submitted by Monday, January 5, 2026.
- If your work requires a stand, the stand must be included with the purchase.
- Remove all price tags and any residue from previous shows to avoid confusion.
- Each piece must have a piece of blue tape with the artist’s initials and number that corresponds with your inventory list clearly marked on the bottom—no contact information should be included.
Do NOT sell your catalog piece before the show. You will not be able to submit a different piece. Any artist that sells their catalog piece after the January 5 deadline is required to give 40% of listed inventory price to HYS. Artists will also not have a featured piece in the first-floor main gallery space.
Artwork Presentation Requirements
Presentation is a key part of the Yellow Springs Art Show experience. All works must arrive clean, well-presented, and ready to display. Please carefully inspect your artwork before check-in, as we reserve the right to reject any piece that does not meet the show’s standards.
