About Historic Yellow Springs
Historic Yellow Springs is a living village steeped in a distinguished history, tradition, and folklore that stirs the imagination of those who visit.
The village has been a place of resort for more than 300. Today, it includes 11 buildings and 142 conserved acres . Historic Yellow Springs hosts a wide range of fine art, sculpture and ceramic classes for adults and children and is home to one of the best regarded art shows in the region. The campus is a beautiful venue for weddings and events and has numerous trails for all who visit to enjoy. The grounds have hosted George Washington and his army, leading 19th century political figures, several thousand orphaned children, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and a motion picture studio.
