The 53rd Annual Yellow Springs Art Show returns to the historic village of Yellow Springs from April 25 through May 10, 2026. For more than five decades, this highly anticipated event has been one of Chester County’s most cherished traditions, bringing together artists, collectors, and visitors from near and far. Set against the backdrop of a village rich in history and creativity, the show transforms the galleries of Lincoln Building into a vibrant celebration of the arts.

The 2026 exhibition will feature thousands of works from more than 200 regional and national artists, offering an incredible variety of styles and mediums to explore. Yellow Springs Art Show Opening Gala
Friday, April 24 | 6 – 9 PM

Be among the first to explore and purchase exceptional artwork from the 2026 Yellow Springs Art Show at our exclusive Opening Gala. Enjoy an elegant evening filled with creativity, cocktails, and culinary delights as you mingle with fellow art enthusiasts. Guests will savor delicious passed hors d’oeuvres, sip on wine and craft beer and experience a stunning collection of artwork in a vibrant setting. Valet parking available.


Yellow Springs Art Show Happy Hour
Friday, May 1 | 5 – 8 PM

Unwind and celebrate the arts at the Yellow Springs Art Show Happy Hour on Friday, May 1, from 5 to 8 pm! Enjoy a relaxed evening surrounded by beautiful artwork while sipping on refreshing drinks and indulging in light bites. Cash bar from Cedar Hollow Inn. Whether you’re looking to add a new piece to your collection or simply enjoy the creative atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity to gather with friends and fellow art lovers. Don’t miss this fun and casual event, come toast to art, community, and good company!


Yellow Springs Art Show Tuesday Tour
Tuesday, May 5 | 10 AM – 12:30 PM

The tour begins at 10 am in the Lincoln Building, where guests are invited to explore the galleries showcasing nearly 4,000 pieces of original artwork by more than 200 regional and national artists. At 11 am, the group will gather on the front porch for a guided tour led by HYS Moore Archivist Cara Conley, who will share the rich history of Yellow Springs while leading guests through the buildings and grounds. The experience concludes at Life’s Patina Mercantile and Café, where owner Meg Veno will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the restoration of the historic Jenny Lind House, from uncovering hidden murals of the PAFA Country School era to navigating the unexpected challenges and rewards of preserving a historic treasure. The café will be open if you would like to enjoy lunch!

We recommend wearing comfortable shoes for walking the grounds. Proceeds from the tour support Historic Yellow Springs.


Art Around the Village Community Event

Where can I park?

Free parking is available along Art School Road, in the Washington lot or in the field lot.

What is the accessibility for a walkers or wheelchairs?

The Lincoln building is a historic structure with limited accessibility with two sets to stairs to get onto the porch. However, if the ground is not wet we can assist by allowing vehicles (No busses) to pull up to the side porch in the grass to bypass the stairs. There is a small ramp for porch access and from there we can escort you to the entrance without a step. Once inside the building visitors can access the entire show via the lift to the second floor. So please check the weather and plan your trip accordingly. Please email Jess Presley the day before your visit to confirm this option is available.

If I purchase artwork can I take it home that day?

All purchases except for the pieces featured in the catalog can be taken home that day. All catalog piece purchases can be picked up beginning Sunday, May 3 during gallery hours.

Is the Yellow Springs Art Show a fundraising event?

Yes! Sales from the Yellow Springs Art Show support both artists and Historic Yellow Springs, a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
