HYS Members Booth Call for Artists

Register now for our 2022 show!

We are so excited to announce the HYS Fine Arts & Craft Show for 2022! We are looking for HYS members that would like to sell 2-D works including drawings, paintings and mixed media, 3-D works in wood, ceramics, glass, etc. We are also looking for fiber arts, and craft items. HYS will receive a 35% commission on all items sold. Artists must provide their own insurance coverage for all artwork entered in the show. While reasonable care will be taken handling all artwork, HYS will not be held responsible for loss or damage.

Fill out the application and inventory form, and return to Historic Yellow Springs by mail at; 1685 Art School Road, Chester Springs, PA 19425 or email to HYSmarketing@yellowsprings.org Applications must be received by October 21.

The Dates for this Year's Show are November 11-13

An inventory form will be sent to all participants via email on October 25, and needs to be submitted by October 31.

Artwork can be dropped off on November 3 and 4 between 10 am - 4 pm in the Lincoln building. We will provide tags at check in. Unsold artwork can be picked up on November 17 and 18 between 10 am - 4 pm. Any artwork that is not picked up within 30 days will become the property of HYS.

Pick up Promo Postcards at HYS Friday - Sunday, October 7-9 between 10am and 4pm.

Application Deadline:

Application forms must be received by HYS by Friday, October 21.

Invetory Deadline:

Inventory forms must be received by HYS by Monday, October 31.

Artwork Drop Off:

Drop artwork off Thursday - Friday, November 3-4.

Show Dates:

Artwork Pick Up:

Pick up artwork Thursday - Friday, November 17-18.
