HYS Fall Festival Sponsorship Opportunities

Greetings from Historic Yellow Springs!

I’m excited to share sponsorship opportunities for the 5th Annual Historic Yellow Springs Fall Festival on Sunday, October 11, 2026. Last year’s event continued its incredible momentum, even with a forecast Nor’easter, over 1,000 attendees braved the elements to explore! We also had more than 20 participating community partners. As the event grows and welcomes new collaborators, we want to ensure you have the opportunity to provide key support and be part of this special village celebration.

The HYS Fall Festival offers a full afternoon of activities that delight attendees of all ages. Highlights include live music, a spooky history haunted house, behind-the-scenes village tours, artist demonstrations, pumpkin painting, and our ever-popular pumpkin race. We also proudly partner with local nonprofit organizations, joining together for a spirited pumpkin carving contest that brings added creativity and friendly competition to the day.

In 2026, we offer six levels to choose from:

Presenting Sponsor $6,000 (limit 1)

Yellow Springs Great Pumpkin Classic Sponsor $3,000

Haunted History Sponsor $1,000

Friend of the Village Sponsor $500

Community Pumpkin Sponsor $300

Fall Fun Sponsor $100
