Members’ Booth Information – HYS Fine Arts & Craft Show
Accepting Applications For:

- Seasonal Crafts
Artists selected to be featured in the HYS Members Booth do not have to be present during the show. HYS will handle all sales and will receive a 40% commission from all sales.
Deadline for applications is September 19, 2025
Eligibility
- Open to current HYS members only
- 2D & 3D works priced in the holiday gift range from $10 – $400
Submission Guidelines
To ensure a well-rounded display, the following limits apply:
- 2D Artists: Up to 3 framed, ready-to-hang works
- 3D Artists: Up to 8 pieces
- Ceramic Artists: May also submit up to 4 mugs
A submission link will be provided in your acceptance email.
Inventory deadline: Friday, October 17, 2025
Artwork Drop-Off
- Monday, October 27 | 9:30 AM–3:30 PM
Artwork Pick-Up
- Thursday, November 13 | 9:30 AM–3:30 PM
Any artwork not picked up within 30 days becomes the property of HYS.
Insurance
Artists must insure their own work. While HYS will handle all artwork with care, it is not liable for damage or loss.
