Members’ Booth Information – HYS Fine Arts & Craft Show

Accepted Mediums Include:

  • Seasonal Crafts

Artists selected to be featured in the HYS Members Booth do not have to be present during the show. HYS will handle all sales and will receive a 40% commission from all sales.

Eligibility

  • Open to current HYS members only 
  • 2D & 3D works priced in the holiday gift range from $10 – $400

Submission Guidelines
To ensure a well-rounded display, the following limits apply:

  • 2D Artists: Up to 3 framed, ready-to-hang works
  • 3D Artists: Up to 8 pieces
  • Ceramic Artists: May also submit up to 4 mugs

Insurance
Artists must insure their own work. While HYS will handle all artwork with care, it is not liable for damage or loss.
