HYS Fine Arts & Craft Show Vendor Booth Information

Open to all artists—membership is not required. No jury fee to apply.

Vendors must be present at their booth during all show hours and are responsible for managing their own sales, and must provide their own tables, chairs, extension cords, power strips, extra lighting, and cash handling supplies.

Booth Sizes & Fees

  • 8’ x 10’ space: $150
  • 6’ x 6’ space: $100
    Please note: exact dimensions may vary slightly, but all spaces will offer equivalent square footage.

Vendor Booth Features

  • Indoor spaces in the Lincoln and Washington buildings
  • Electrical outlets and Wi-Fi available

Set-Up & Breakdown

  • Set-up begins Friday, November 7 at 9:30 AM and must be complete by 4:00 PM
  • Breakdown begins Sunday, November 9 at 4:00 and must be complete by 6:00 PM

Show Hours

  • Friday, Nov. 7 | 5:00–8:00 PM – Opening Reception
  • Saturday, Nov. 8 | 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Sunday, Nov. 9 | 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Insurance
HYS assumes no responsibility for damage, loss, or theft. Vendors must carry their own insurance and agree to release HYS, its organizers, and sponsors from any liability.

In addition to your jury application please submit:

  • 3 images of 3 different pieces of work
  • 1 image of your vending booth set up

Deadline for applications is September 19, 2025

All accepted vendors will be notified via email by September 30, 2025.
