In honor of America’s 250th anniversary in 2026, this year’s Jazz at the Springs celebration takes on added meaning with Dare to Declare! a special reading of the Declaration of Independence thoughtfully woven into the afternoon’s Jazz programming. This moment of reflection invites audiences of all ages to engage with the words and ideas that shaped our nation, connecting past and present through shared civic experience. Guided by renowned regional performer Carolyn Nelson and fellow musicians from the Philadelphia jazz scene, the event blends powerful storytelling with the beloved groove audiences know and love.
Join us for the 28th Annual Jazz at the Springs on Sunday, June 7, from 3–6 PM, rain or shine, as Historic Yellow Springs comes alive with music, history, and community spirit. Set against the historic landscape of Yellow Springs, the event offers a lively musical escape that brings neighbors, families, and visitors together.
