In Fall of 2026 Historic Yellow Springs developed and adopted a new strategic plan focused on celebrating the past, prospering in the present and planning for a bright future. Details of the plan can be viewed below.

Unlike most strategic plans with carefully calculated outcomes dictated from the start, this plan was designed to grow and evolve as the team learns more about each objective. The purpose of this check in tool is to help key facilitators record the progress over time and later reflect the growth trajectory of the organization through this process.
